Frankenstolz produces box spring beds, mattresses, comforters and pillows. And if you think you haven't seen or heard of us before, you're probably wrong. Your tasks

  • You accompany the development process behind our products and support it with valuable input and a fresh view from the outside
  • You are in close contact with our sales team and make a significant contribution to the strategic direction of our products
  • You will be there live during the start-up phase of new products and accompany them with commitment
  • You optimize our calculations and always keep an eye on all costs
  • You keep the topic of sustainability in mind in your tasks and create sustainability balances
  • You reconcile costs and benefits
  • You keep an eye on current trends and are always on the lookout for innovation opportunities

Your profile

  • You should like to sleep (fun... but somehow not). It's an advantage if you have an interest in sleeping and textiles.
  • No prior technical knowledge is required, but you should be motivated to learn new things - we'll teach you the rest.
  • You are not afraid to work with figures and analyses to achieve the best possible result.
  • You like to contribute new ideas and impulses and implement them.
  • A hands-on mentality and a talent for creative solutions.
