Your tasks

You lead a team in ongoing shift operations and monitor the work processes
Plan personnel deployment and machine allocation for the shift group, manage shift/operating schedules
Documentation of production data and downtimes
Responsibility for the observance of duty hours and break regulations
Compliance with the production plan and quality standards
Operate, adjust and set up plant and machinery
Securing and using raw and auxiliary materials and the materials required for production
Coordination and commissioning of the operational material supply
Train, instruct and instruct employees professionally
Eliminate production faults or arrange for their elimination
Identifying and solving emerging problems in day-to-day business
Reporting to the production management
Monitoring of occupational health and safety regulations

Your profile

Preferably technical training (locksmith / mechanic)
Technical understanding
Independent and well organised way of working
High sense of responsibility and quality
Ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts
Strong communication skills
Willingness for further training
