Your tasks

Development of bedding collections (comforters and pillows) with synthetic and natural fillings
Responsibility for the area of sustainability and circular economy
Development of mattress and topper collections
Support of the sales department in sample creation and calculation
Product range development as well as market and competition monitoring
Quality assurance, especially with regard to fabrics and fillings
Independent supervision of the product group bedding and mattresses/toppers
Advising internal departments on technical and product-specific issues
Participation in national and international trade fairs

Your profile

Completed studies in the field of business administration (BWL) or completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d)
Work experience in the textile sector, ideally bedding and mattresses
Feeling and flair for textile materials and bedding
Technical understanding as well as knowledge of the processes of a production plant
Team spirit, organizational strength and enjoy working independently
Good command of English
Confident handling of the current MS Office programs
Willingness to travel
