Change in management at the Herbert Neumeyer Group

Mr. Carl-Christoph Held will step down as Chairman of the Management Board of Herbert Neumeyer Holding GmbH & Co. KG at his own request on September 1, 2025, in order to pursue new professional challenges.

Mr. Held has led the group of companies through challenging times with great prudence, dedication, and personal integrity. "We would like to express our sincere thanks to Mr. Held for his consistently trusting cooperation, express our great appreciation, and wish him continued success and all the best, both professionally and personally," said the Supervisory Board of Herbert Neumeyer Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Mr. Andreas Eule and Mr. Albert Franz.

On August 1, 2025, Dr. Henning Dammer will take over as Chairman of the Management Board of Herbert Neumeyer Holding and fan frankenstolz. The industrial engineer, who holds a doctorate, has many years of international management experience in the manufacturing industry. His management expertise, technical competence, and enthusiasm for innovation and operational excellence make him the ideal candidate for the upcoming tasks in the group of companies.
The Supervisory Board adds: "We are delighted to have gained in Dr. Dammer a distinguished leader who, with his profound expertise, high level of motivation, and great creative drive, will actively shape the future of our group of companies together with the management team.

Mr. Thomas Müller will take his well-deserved retirement on December 31, 2025, and step down as managing director of Centa-Star. He has had a decisive influence on the development of Centa-Star over many years and is largely responsible for the extremely positive development since its integration into the Herbert Neumeyer Group in 2013. The Supervisory Board would like to thank him for his many years of dedicated service and his innovative product and market developments, and wishes him all the best for this new phase of his life.

On January 1, 2026, Markus Ertel, who has been successfully managing Heinrich Häussling for many years, will also take on management responsibility for Centa-Star. Thanks to the close ties between the two companies, he has an excellent understanding of the markets and products.
